Everything You Need To Know About Red Truck’s Concert Series Kick Off June 17

Pemberton is cancelled, Squamish Live is no more, every other festival these days seems to cost an arm and a leg and take up the entire weekend. “I just want to get drunk, party and see dope music then sleep in my own bed!” I hear you say. Hush your sweet mouth because Red Truck have heard your cries and are back this summer with their stellar Concert Series happening June 17, July 15, and August 12 this summer.

Coming out guns blazing with the huge first date, you can catch competition winner Sam the Astronaut with local beauts Youngblood and Dirty Radio along with Victoria homies Liinks and Band of Rascals. All are supporting and building up to Australian headliners Cut/Copy.  The group from Melbourne have been keeping low as of late, with their only release being the January Tape mixtape as the new album gets finished. Expect them to play a bunch of tunes from Bright Like Neon Love, In Ghost Colours, Zonoscope, Free Your Mind plus a sprinkling of new stuff from the upcoming release.

The June 17 date is sold out, but guess what? You can still see this amazing lineup PLUS the remaining two dates with the purchase of the 3-date Tailgate Pass for a damn steal at only $75. Yes, that’s right, under $100 and you see headliners Cut Copy, Drake White & The Big Fire, and Lee Fields & The Expressions AND you get to sleep afterward in your own bed each time. It’s banay nays.

Follow us on Instagram for full coverage of the event, Anne will be pairing each band with a Red Truck beer! @bettyandkora
