“Lets Build A House” – A Fundraiser for Victims of the Rock Creek Wildfire

The wildfire that started in Rock Creek on August 13 quickly became the worst interface fire of 2015. The fire destroyed 31 homes, more than a dozen other structures, and led to the cancellation of Ponderosa 2015.

Organisers of Pondersoa, Kia and Kris are working with Habitat for Humanity Southeast BC and the Rock Creek/Westbridge Needs Committee to build a new home for one of the families that was hit the hardest in the wildfire. Our target is to raise $10,000 and we thought, “what better way to rally support than to put together a concert event with a little Ponderosa flare?”

So join us at The Imperial on Saturday, November 14 and come out in support of the Rock Creek and Westbridge communities. LET’S BUILD A HOUSE!
