It was a Dirty 1930’s Prohibition B-Day Party Indeed!

We never intended to write about this evening but felt compelled to after the night had come to an end and memories flowed back the following day. The night was too electrifying, too awesome and far too unprecedented to not share with you all….

Only Clayton Frank, member of Vancouver based blues rock band Head of Herd, would have a birthday party as epic as the one that took place last Saturday night at One Thousand Rivers.

Suits, suspenders, fancy dresses, hats and pearls draped the beautiful people who attended the very classy, very boozy birthday celebration. Contrary to the 1930’s, the wine, beer and whiskey were flowing. Des Larson whom “likes to bring the rowdy out in people” kicked the night off with awesome and inspiring pop vocals.

JP Maurice captured the rooms attention with his powerful voice, bursting with emotion, backed by his incredible band which included a guest appearance from Ryan Guldemond of Mother Mother.

Just when we thought the night couldn’t get any better BAM! In walks in Ben Stiller.

Just your average kind of dirty 30 birthday party…

Happy Birthday Clay Betty and Kora LOVE YOU ❤
